TimothyTim Sullivan
Tim is Fellow and past President of IAMA (now LEADR & IAMA) and is currently Director of Contract Administration Group Pty Ltd. Tim is a Grade 1 Arbitrator, Accredited Mediator, Accredited Probity Advisor, Dispute Board Chairman and Dispute Board member on major infrastructure and construction projects in Australia and overseas. Time is also an Accredited Adjudicator under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia, Accredited Adjudicator under the Construction Industry Payments Act Queensland, Accredited Adjudicator under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act Australian Capital Territory and an accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider for Workplace Disputes.Tim is a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation, the Dispute Resolution Board Australasia, and the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission (SZAC) panel of arbitrators in China. Tim’s background covers project development, overview, issue resolution and dispute avoidance in building, construction, commercial and professional matters. He has conducted arbitrations and adjudications, multi–party court references, expert determinations, inquiries and reports, and expert appraisals. Tim has presented papers in Australia, China and New Zealand on dispute avoidance management and resolution, and regularly provides advice and assistance to many clients where difficulties or disputes arise.David campbellDavid Campbell-Williams
David Campbell-Williams is a construction and engineering lawyer with 30 years’ experience. He has significant expertise in back-end contractual dispute resolution and professional negligence claims as well as front-end contract drafting.David is one of the most experienced adjudicators of Security of Payment claims in Australia, as well as a practitioner acting for claimants and respondents in Security of Payment claims. He has acted for the successful parties in a number of the seminal Supreme Court of NSW proceedings in respect of the operation of the Act.David is accredited as a Grade 2 arbitrator through the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (now LEADR & IAMA), and serves on the LEADR & IAMA, NSW Chapter CommitteeDavid is a regular speaker on Security of Payment and has previously conducted training courses on adjudication for IAMA in NSW and the Law Society of Queensland. He is also lecturing on adjudication at the University of Melbourne’s Master of Construction Law program.
